Hanshi Eric Van Vaerenbergh behaalt WADA ADeL Coaches Education Program certificaat te Blankenberge

Op zaterdag 9 januari 2021 volgde Hanshi Eric Van Vaerenbergh, op advies van de VKBM²O, het online WADA ADeL Coaches Education Program en behaalde na een succesvol examen het certificaat. Het volledige WADA ADeL Coaches Education Program bestond uit onderstaande 2 modules en vakken:

• Module 1: ADeL for High Performance Coaches
• Module 2: Athlete Support Personnel (ASP) Guide to the Code 2021 
  • Welcome coaches to clean sport!
  • An introduction to the anti-doping system for ASP
  • The rules
  • The prohibited list for those supporting athletes
  • Anti-doping and your athlete’s health (TUE’s)
  • Managing supplement risks with athletes
  • Understanding testing for ASP
  • Understanding athlete vulnerability and the consequences of doping
  • Speaking Up! Sharing concerns to protect clean sport for all
