Op zaterdag 3 april 2021 volgde Hanshi Eric Van Vaerenbergh, op advies van de VKBM²O, het online WADA ADeL Medical Professional’s Education Program: ADeL for Medical Professionals and Athlete Support Personnel (ASP) Guide to the Code 2021 en behaalde na een succesvol examen het certificaat. Het volledige WADA ADeL Medical Professional’s Education Program: ADeL for Medical Professionals and Athlete Support Personnel (ASP) Guide to the Code 2021 bestond uit onderstaande 4 modules en vakken:

  • Module 1: Your role in clean sport
    • The World Anti-Doping Program
    • Your rights & responsibilities
  • Module 2: Medical practice in sport
    • The Prohibited List
    • Therapeutic Use Exemptions
    • Managing medications
  • Module 3: Supporting your athlete in anti-doping

    • Protecting against inadvertent doping
    • The doping control process
  • Module 4: Preventing doping
    • Knowing your athlete an important part of prevention
    • Whistleblowing and supporting an investigation
    • Consequences of doping
