Op maandag 7 september 2015 heeft Hanshi Eric Van Vaerenbergh de VTS Plus bijscholing Coachen op maat van je sporters 1 gevolgd in het Sport Vlaanderen centrum te Brugge. De docenten waren Eva Maenhout en Kris Perquy.

De bijscholing bestond uit:

• Effectieve communicatie in team
• Effectieve coaching voor het individu
