BJJ stage met Hanshi Eric Van Vaerenbergh te Leverkusen (Duitsland)

Op zondag 14 september 2025 doceerde Hanshi Eric Van Vaerenbergh een BJJ stage georganiseerd door Sensei Stephan Van Wichelen in de RONIN M.M.A. dojo te Leverkusen (Duitsland). Een grote groep deelnemers was komen opdagen en kreeg tijdens deze workshop onderstaande aandachtspunten voorgeschoteld.
