Op dinsdag 14 mei 2019 heeft Hanshi Eric Van Vaerenbergh de VTS Plus bijscholing Loop en sprong ABC gevolgd in het Sport Vlaanderen centrum te Oordegem. De docent was Stijn Lintermans.

De bijscholing bestond uit:
